Welcome to Luxury LimoExpress, a premium cab booking service. By using our app or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By booking a ride, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2.⁠ ⁠Booking and Ride Policies
Bookings can be made through our mobile app or website.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

A confirmed booking ensures vehicle assignment, but Luxury LimoExpress reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns).

Passengers must be present at the pickup location at the specified time. Delays beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation.

3.⁠ ⁠Pricing and Payment
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and applicable surcharges.

All prices will be shown at the time of booking.

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or other supported digital wallets.

Toll charges, parking fees, and waiting time (if applicable) will be added to the final bill.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund
Free cancellation is available up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5.⁠ ⁠Conduct and Safety
Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Luxury LimoExpress reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger violating these terms.

6.⁠ ⁠Liability
Luxury LimoExpress is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or force majeure.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Insurance coverage is as per local regulations.

7.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy
We collect personal information to process bookings and improve services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8.⁠ ⁠Modifications
Luxury LimoExpress reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Frankfurt,Germany and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Frankfurt
